This is a final release including observations at KATH12M.
Problems: the correlator reports on "several clock breaks and very high clock
rate" at KATH12M. The baselines KATH12M:MATERA, KATH12M:WETTZ13N and KATH12M:WETTZELL
have only three observations with QC>0 (epochs: 18:45:09 @0458-020; 18:55:48 @OJ287;
16:35:47 @0458-020).
Parameterization comments: two clock breaks were added to YARRA12M.
Other comments: None.
